You’ll need to accept our T&C’s every time you make a purchase on our website (hereafter known as the Website). These may occasionally change so do check the date at the top of the page. Please note that different terms (including prices, service charges, availability, delivery times and return policies) apply to purchases made in one of our stores.
Ordering on our Website
Once you’ve submitted an order you’ll be given an order reference number and details of the products and/or services ordered. We will then send you an order confirmation email which signifies the start of our contract with you. This email also contains delivery information. If we have to cancel all or part of your order for any reason we will phone or email you.
Occasionally we unintentionally publish inaccurate information on the site (e.g. the price, description or availability of a product). In this instance we may have to cancel your order, even if you have received an order confirmation email. You will receive a full refund of any charges already paid or if you choose a different product we can ship that instead.
Returns, cancellations and faulty goods
New products returns are accepted within 28 days of purchase providing that, where applicable, the item is unused and in its original packaging with all its component parts. Warranty is provided by the manufacturer. No returns will be accepted without receipt
Returning a product
If you change your mind and would like to return your order, we will refund your purchase as long as it is unopened, in its original packaging and returned within 28 days after delivery. Products must be returned to our store at your expense.

Products must be unused and in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received.
